Best Buy is relly not a good buy. The phone keeps ringing without answering. The after-sale service is basically none. The staff is suspicious of every customer. it is just not a good environment to shop.
It is important to do honest business and please customers. I heard many horror stories about Bestbuy and would not try it again myself.
