I've taken several watches to this store for new batteries, a new strap, and one for repair due to strange behavior. The staff is very helpful, knowledgable and quick. Prices are very reasonable for batteries and they all come with a 1 year warranty, which is quite impressive. Everytime I've been there, I haven't had to wait more than 15 minutes to get everything done. \r
