When I called about an older, existing policy for a family member, the agent to whom I spoke could not have been more helpful. He explained what we needed to know over the phone and promptly set up an appointment the next day to make changes to the existing policy, all the while not trying to sell us something additional. When I called later to request some forms, I received them within two days. I was very impressed.
