For example, we recently bought a flat top stove there. We were able to get a top of the line, name brand model for the same price as a no-name bare bones model becuase this stove has a scratch on the bottom drawer, and a dent in the back. No one will ever see the dent in the back since its against the wall, and they were able to order a new drawer for a nominal fee to replace the scratched one. You can get really great deals here, so I'd recommend it to anyone.
