I have used Wachovia in the past and only had bad experiences with them. Instead of trying to help resolve matters, it seems like they only got worst. I ended up closing my account with them. Customer service was bad. Instead of treating me like a client, it seemed like my business was a hassle for them. I would not recommend there bank as I find customer service to be very important.
