I've been going to Musashino since the mid90's and have always thought it the best sushi in Austin, until a couple of weeks ago. I fondly remember many 3-4 hour sushi feasts at Musashino with friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. This time, our server was rude, hurrying our order because a big group was about to arrive (note: our group was 5 people, chopped liver evidently). Perhaps she was overworked, but I felt like we were getting the bum's rush. The sushi tasted less than fresh and looked as if it had been chainsawed apart, very sloppy knife work. Again, I loved the old Musashino, but I was so turned off by this experience that I will not return.
Cons: poor quality sushi, expensive prices, rude service
