How dare they!!! From the begginning I should have known not to go there when the receptionist put me on hold forever, not once, twice but three times. The atmosphere is cold and impersonable. It is strictly business to all the staff there and when you are trusting such important assets such as your face and body to them, I would head for the door if I were you. Go some place else. These people don't even deserve to be rated.
