The one downside to Landmark-The clowns. If you don't mind being surrounded by clowns in all forms then you'll be comfortable in the Landmark. I've been numerous times for breakfast. The food is exactly what you want when you are craving a good old fashioned breakfast. I hear that their burgers are good as well as just about everything else. The prices are excellent and you get a lot for your dollar. If you are going for breakfast, go early, or late. They have a tremendous rush on the weekends. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for service, but that's only when it's super crowded. Everyone is pretty friendly. We like to sit outside, for obvious reasons.
