It's so hard to find parm subs in Seattle. Tat's makes a lovely eggplant parm and offers chicken parm too (I haven't tried it). A crusty roll holds multiple layers of thinly sliced, breaded, fried eggplant, home-made sauce, and both provolone and parmigian cheeses. And the service is friendly too. Great lunch spot!
