The downside is that Kabuto's 99 cent sushi is no longer. Tuna went from .99 to $1.85. The upside is that the service has greatly improved. For a non-downtown sushi joint - it's my top choice. Also, they are the only place in Middle Tennessee with Mochi ice cream balls. I go only for the sushi and am rarely disappointed with the quality.
Pros: good value, Green Tea Mochi, fast sushi
Cons: closes early, not the cheapest, sticky tables
