Went here in August 2005 with some family members. From the looks of the place, you wouldn't think it was ""fine"" dining. But when the cheapest entree is $19, you quickly see that. I ordered a $16 ""small plate"" of salmon. Quite delicious, but just not very much food for the price. The decor is very 1970s, but there is a nice view of the Columbia. I would rather go to McMeniman's and have their pub food on the river as opposed to Salty's seafood (tasty, but too expensive). $3 for a bottle of beer is too much. Service was OK.
