We used Tripp twice. The first time everything went pretty smooth, except that one of the movers was allergic to cats (my fault, I did not ask)! Second time around I specifically asked for no movers allergic to cats, and they sent the same guy! The move took longer than expected, partially due to rain, partially due to the crew. Since they were hourly, this ran up the rate. After they left we found some damaged items, low dollar IKEA stuff. I think they did not take care of our stuff as well as they should have. I will not use them again.
