This is a part of a franchised chain/proprietor arrangement....like a lot of OutBacks and BoneFish are becoming.....I think their steak is average, but not worth what they're charging....with everything a la carte of course...
No restaurant is getting ""true USDA #1 Prime Grade"" steak in Memphis, TN....heck, you can't hardly get it in places like Miami, or even Atlanta !!......wake up, most true Prime grade cuts get shipped to places like NYC, DC, and Japan (that's a fact !)
