A nice salon in theory. Aveda has great products and is usually a fairly reliable salon, but after asking for a very experienced stylist with a lot of highlighting experience, and getting a stylist straight out of beauty school, I was very disappointed. I told them (while making the appt.) that I was willing to pay for the most experienced highlighter they had. I got a girl who didn't even cover my roots, and didn't to a single thing I asked her to do. Instead she did a lazy and quick job. I was so very disappointed and I will never go back there. I also noticed other stylists trying to hurry through their appointments so they could go on their smoke breaks. HIGH VOLUME, LOW QUALITY. I have had numerous friends that have also gone to this salon, and they have sll come to the same conclusion.

Cons: inexperience, untruthful, lazy
