I tried on dresses at this salon and had my bridesmaids try on dresses at this salon and both experiences were highly unpleasant. The staff was unfriendly and snooty and the scheduling staff was not nice and extremely unhelpful and unbelievably inflexible. I was dumb enough to buy my dress here, but didn't buy my bridesmaid dresses here because the service was just awful. If you want your bridal gown shopping experience to be great, this is absolutely not the place to go. My guess is that you're not going to be a repeat customer, so why bother being nice? Really an awful place to go.
Pros: good selection, good parking
Cons: snooty service, bad attitudes, extremely inflexible
