China Grill was our second choice to nearby Aureole; we chose China Grill because it seemed more casual, which was what we were looking for for the evening.
Service was attentive and apologetic for the wait (we walked in without reservations on a holiday weekend). The bar was definitely the place to be; lots of great looking people with an evening-out vibe. Both the exterior and interior of the restaurant are beautiful.

The food is great. We had a seared Ahi tuna dish and duck fried rice. Both were exceptionally good.

I found the value to be exceptional, as well. Our bill (without tip) was a little over $60, and we had a ton of food left over. The quality of our meal was close to what we had at SW a night later, although we paid about $200 less.
Pros: Ambiance, Food
