I have lived in Downey for many years and have been to every restaurant that has opened and I have to say this is by far the worse when it comes to customer service! The owner is obviously not a happy camper and it has been said that some of the locals only like to show when she is not present. I have had many friends try out the place as well and all I heard was how SLOW the service is and how unpleasant some of the people that work there are. It truly is a sad thing because the building itself is beautiful and is one of the only original buildings left in Downey!
