I set up an appointment ahead of time, oh yes they could fit me in for a color and highlight with a cut to follow. I ended up with no color, a partial foil which since we went with the juut recommended browns v my usual blondes left me looking like my last foil job has grown out and I need another soon. My colorist wouldn't know though since I never saw him again after my hair was rinsed. The haircut was rushed and it did not include a scalp massage that all the other patrons around me were getting. I was not impressed and actually disappointed in their overbooking. Unfortunately, I won't recommend this particular shop to my friends.
