This is just a little hole in the wall type of exercise place. I went in to look it over because I had a coupon to use that gave you the first week for free. There were a few gals there at the time working out. The personnel were very friendly, but I decided that I would not follow through with this program. You usually don't lose weight, but you firm up. Try it, you may like it; I have two friends that go there off and on, but they too had hoped to lose some weight by doing these expercises.
