As a vegetarian there were no meatless menu items so I had to order a modified chicken dish.I checked with the waitress before placing a second order to ensure that there would be a price reduction for the food given a major component was omitted.She refused so I very politely asked to speak with the manager.After waiting patiently for 40 min. he finally came over and without introduction proceeded to very rudely and very condescendingly make it known that he would not make a price adjustment.He suggested that the adjustment would only amount to $.20 (ridiculous) and asked if $.20 was really going to make that much difference for me-as though to imply that I was asking for financial charity! We paid our tab and promptly left.Essentially he lost additional sales, disgruntled customers and created bad word of mouth.My question to him, was $.20 really worth it?
