Sushi, sashimi, salmon, or whatever is your pleasure, Miyake does it all well. This is a small restaurant in a strip mall, but once you have entered the restaurant the friendly faces and quiet elegance of the waiters more than make up for the lack of ambience outside. You can sit at the sushi bar or at tables. I highly recommend this place. My husband and I have been going there for years, especially for my birthday. I especially recommend the 10 pc sushi combination plate. The Gyozo dumplings are nice too, and you can have them either fried or steamed.
