but office supply stores vary wildly. If you know exactly what you want and just need to run in and out, go for it. Asking the salespeople here for any assistance beyond an aisle number is an exercise in futility. I used to work next door -- literally -- so I spent a fair amount of time in this store. BE SURE when you buy something from them that they carry ALL the replacement and refill parts. Several items I purchased from them eventually needed basic parts and refills that they did not carry. Annoying! And bad business.
