The company is courteous and will work with you to pick a service time that fits you. They worked around my work schedule and were on time. However, I did have a new air conditioner installed by them and needed a replacement fan less than a year later. They were prompt and efficient with the repairs BUT charged a 60 dollar fee. Would have thought the warrenty would have covered ALL work but should have read the fine print-watch that!! Other wise good work and nice people.
