The dentists here are nice and gentle, as well as the hygenists. However, their office staff totally detracts from that. When I call to schedule it is near impossible to get in 'cause they only schedule out about 2 weeks! If you aren't diligent about calling you'll pretty much never get in. Plus I have been rescheduled 2 times for different appointments and have only actually been ther 3 times. For my first visit they only scheduled me for x-rays and didn't get my teeth cleaned. I was not informed this is what was happening until after I had my x-rays done and was told to schedule the cleaning! I told them I had taken the day off work to come in and they didn't even offer to try to squeeze me in or so much as apologize!
