I had absolutely no complaints about the Mandalay Bay Resort when I stayed there for my birthday last year. From the point where I dropped off my car at vallet to the check-in desk, everything went very smooth. The girl who checked me in was very present and she got me a room on the 29th floor with a great view looking down the strip. The room was very clean and I love the decors. The casino area has a very high ceiling which I like it very much. The service was great, everyone was nice and helpful. I had a great experience and definately would stay at Mandalay Bay again in the future.
