Ordering food to go is easy, and then you wait & wait. Food is placed on the counter but no counter person checks for your order until you ask them to. I waited an extra 5 or 10 minutes after every other customer left with their food while my food sat there. It was not hot by the time I got home.
Pros: good food
Cons: slow service, not checking complete
