The phone person was very helpful. I took a day off work to have my fridge fixed, but the serviceman didn't show up in the 2 hour window. Now the phone person was very rude & uncooperative. Said he was there & I wasn't - basically calling me a liar. Refused to have the serviceman come back or make any other effort to keep our business. The only option she offered was to wait 5 days for another appointment, take another day off work, and wait for them to show up again. Like I'd ever give my business to them again!
