Have ordered MANY cakes here and they were all delicious, but the min I was not satisfied with my cake they did nothing to rectify the situation. They got a filling wrong on $150 cake - not a big deal, but when I took it in to show them they insisted it was what I ordered. They told me their French Custard was more of a whip cream then a custard and maybe they hadn't explained it to me when I ordered it (they didn't). So they agreed it was there fault, but would do nothing to make me happy. Not a discount on a future cake, not a cookie, NOTHING. All they did was mock me saying oh you're right and pretending to bow down to me (how ridiculous and patronizing). I think they need a class in customer service to say the least!
