Beluga is quickly becoming a favorite here with Dell employees. It is still considered a diamond in the rough as it gains popularity. It occupies the same building which has had 2 or 3 restaurants go under. But despite the bad luck with previous tenets I believe this one is a winner. The sushi is top notch and the lunch specials can not be beat (2 for 1, free saki or beer, dell employees get an additional 10% off.)
Salmon, Super White Tuna, and Albacore Tuna sushi/sashimi simply melt in your mouth. Where the Cherry and Tear Drop rolls are a great end to a meal. They have items off the normal menu such as a dessert made with a purple Japanese sweet potato which you can request.
Place deserves the time to check out for yourself.
