I am a former GM of a 15 year old bar in Chicago. I went to Harry's with a business partner this week while visiting San Francisco. I ordered a double Captain-diet tall and received a regular short Captain-coke without a lime (I was still charged for a double at $12). We both ordered the strip steak with whipped potatoes and salad. We received a full steak resting on a bed of greens with no potatoes. I asked if this was normal, and was told, ""well, no"". The plates were not taken back, but a separate plate of potatoes was brought out. After that, the server ignored us. If you're going there to be teased by talent, be my guest. But be prepared to feel like you're doing them a favor just by offering them your money.
Pros: Talent
Cons: Service, Quality, Value
