My boyfriend and I had dinner at Baraka recently, and we had a mixed experience. In terms of the food, the small plates were heavenly (try the pea flan), but the paella and lamb were overpowered with seasoning. My boyfriend ordered the most expensive glass of wine in their menu, and it was barely drinkable. After returning it, the wait staff was very apologetic and gave us free desert and wine. While the food was mediocre, the service was exceptional.
