Customer service at Pye Acura is unsatisfactory and their maintence work does not meet satisfactory standards. The staff offers no compensation to their customers in the event of complications with vechiles purchased within the first week of ownership. I recommend that no one does business with them until changes are made to ensure that they their goal keep their customers happy.
