After reading multiple reviews of Boulevard, I was hesitate about dining there for our wedding anniversary, but our dining experience turned out great. Making a reservation a week in advance for a weekday was easy and the person taking reservations was courteous. We were seated within 10 minutes of arriving and the hostess seated us at the best table available (back of restaurant is less noisy) given our ""special occasion."" Our waiter was extremely nice, patient, and not at all snooty. Most importantly, our food was excellent and well prepared. I was anticipating starving based on prior complaints/reviews about small portions, but I was completely stuffed at the end of dinner! Finally, to our surprise, our dessert came decorated with a chocolate stating ""Happy Anniversary!"" We would definitely consider returning to Boulevard next year!
