I only started going here recently, after getting brazilian-waxed all over the city. For the price, it's the best wax I've gotten. My significant other agrees. I won't say it was a transcendent spa experience, because it NEVER IS. Having said that, they're fast, clean, discreet, and thorough. My appointments start precisely on the dot. Some of them tweeze and others don't, but you can always ask for it. Yes, the front staff needs to go to etiquette school, which is a shame, because the spa ladies are always very nice. I always leave quite pleased.
