This is a steakhouse chain and I usually don't expect much from chain restaurants. But I love Longhorns! The food is great, it isn't too expensive, they are very attentive to my son and the service is wonderful.
We had one bad experience there. I wrote an email to the corporate office and I got a call at home on a Sunday from some high up apologizing for what happened, wanting to know the story from me first hand and offered me $100 in gift cards.
Then when I went to use the gift cards I didn't say ahead of time that we had them, just put them in the envelope with the check. The manager who was on saw them and came over to say he saw them and wanted to make sure that every thing was ok this time and gave him his card.
We are regular repeat customers!
