Their hours are a good indication of who their clientele is: they're open 6a-4p. The shop is busy with landscapers going about their business. The hours and their location are my biggest complaints. They're counter techs are helpful and full of knowledge and I noticed their flat rate for repairs are about 10 bucks cheaper than other places I've reviewed. I went in on my way to work, so I was wearing a suit. I asked if they had a specific lubricant I had seen in a Briggs and Stratton shop manual and got a condescending lesson on how valves are lubricated and that I didn't need the lubricant. I suspect if I had walked in wearing dirty jeans and a t-shirt I wouldn't have had my time wasted, but if he's right, I saved a little money on lubricant. I did by a specialized gasket for my engine and they had it, which saved me time.
