This store is the worth place in the world to return an item. The staff at the returns counter seem to have an attitude before you even start to explain. They do not have the sale items and try to "upsell" you to a more expensive item instead... once refused to give me a raincheck for a sale item. I later found out it was a clearance sale and they didnt advertise it that way, hard toget assessories later.
