We got signed with them for a family plan, with a promotions giving all money back for 2 flip phones. When we got home we discovered that one of the boxes had an used phone, with the instruction book with many stains, without all the intructions actually which we found in the NEW phone box.
BUT the huge No-NO is that actually thy gave us a used phone without deleting the information from the previous owner. So, we had personal pictures, phone numbers and personal messages from the previous owner.
We called the previous owner letting him know about this, and returned the phones next day, cancelling the family plan.
This was 8 months ago and we didn't yet received all the money from T-Mobile.
