I used to live close to this store and would go there to buy prescription catfood, but otherwise I found it to be an extremely unpleasant experience, especially if I needed help finding items. I now buy my food from another vet. The service is the worst of any business I have ever been to - non-existent and even rude. When I tried to buy advertised items, they were always sold out, and when they gave rain checks (I understand they no longer do this), they never contacted me when the items arrived and only a manager could ring these up - making me wait ridiculously long. I tried to register a complaint through the website, but even this was impossible. I no longer even look at their ads and simply go to Petco or PetSmart - both of which have great friendly service.
