I've taken my car to Firestone numerous times for everything from oil changes to new tires, new brakes, etc. They've never had a probelm identifying the problem and getting back to me quickly on what the problem is and how to solve it. They have a lot of coupons out and will help me figure out which ones apply to the service(s) I'm getting. They always finish the repair work ahead of the time they predict. they are also very good at providing a thorough explanation of the services. Their prices are always reasonable, especially if you compare to a dealership.
