Service of this hotel was so bad! It took more than 30 min to check in, more than 45 min to get our car, and more than 15 min to go to the beach because of the slow elevator. Moreover we could not get towel at front desk. The person at desk said it goes out and he did not try to deal with it. We paid for morning buffet, but could not get the coupons for that. It was totally waste of time and money.
