The Henry Ford Museum is an impressive building filled with bits and pieces of American history. As you walk around the building, visit the car that carried Kennedy in his last moments or look at the chair that Lincoln sat in at the Ford Theater. The museum often has interesting special displays and traveling exhibits. You can become a member and visit often to see what they have added to their vast collection. It is a great spot to take visiting family, too. Truly, this is one of metro Detroit's best kept secrets.
