Unique Air provides great service, they can usually have someone out within a couple hours of a breakdown. They always have a fair price, and are quick to get the repairs done. They also offer a service for home owners, for repair contracts for all the appliances in the house. This is really reasonable especially if you have lots of appliances, and no warranties.
