I don't know much about auto repair and maintance but this Kragen Auto Parts store has always been extremely helpful without making me feel like I really don't know what I am doing. They could just sell me the parts, but instead, they offer helpful hints about putting on the wiper blades or adding the fluids. No matter who I speak with when I shop, each counter person knows what they are talking about and it always seems to work out the way they claim it will. They are open early Saturday mornings too! Lots of free parking in the center lot.
