I recently needed bulbs for my headlights of my car because they burnt out. It didn't take a long wait to talk to someone who could help me out. The gentleman helped me with the purchase of the bulb but said that the store did not provide people who could replace them for you. At places like, Auto Zone, they have started helping people with replacement of easy parts for the car. I think this store should do the same.
PROS: okay service with decent prices on parts
CONS: No one to help replacing easy parts in your car.
