I was so frustrated with Castle Dental when I made an appointment with a dentist there a few months ago. The staff member was very friendly when I made the appt. and he took down all sorts of personal info. I proceeded to make babysitting arrangements. When I showed up on the day of my appt. they said that they couldn't see me because my insurance assigned me to another office. Now...I know that this is not their fault. However, it would have been so much easier if they would have figured this out when I called to make the appointment in the first place.
