I am very happy with the service and product. i travel often and love my cell phone, i get great reception everywhere i go. i got a great deal on my cell phone plan, it's a great price and great deal. The customer service is not very knowledgeable. I had to go into the office 4 times for a problem and then they said i needed to call customer care...took 3 calls to customer care to get my problem resolved. while the problem went on for 4 months and i shoulds been credited back 4 months worth of a certain fee, they could only give me 2 months worth. when my contract is up, i'll be shopping around...i've heard better things of other companies...ashame thier customer reps are ruining it the product and service.
