I think these people go above and beyond. They saved me money on eyeglasses by cutting down my old lenses to the size of my new frames at no extra charge! They also fixed my eyeglasses and replaced a screw with no charge, nice people! I like the location, although parking is sometimes an issue. They always have attractive display windows as well.
PROS: excellent customer service
CONS: not in an area where there is a lot of street parking
