I went to visit a friend in Boston and we chose this spa because they have their own site and we like checking out services, prices, etc beforehand. There was a miscommunication about the service I requested but my masseuse Josh immediately resolved it and gave me what I wanted. The rest of the staff is great and very friendly. I even got a follow up call the next day to see how I liked it and see how they can assist me in the future. Nice people!
