I've been dining at Havana for nearly 3 years now. I've always had good experiences and have been meaning to post a review. The last reviewer obviously didn't take the time to read the menu or notice the concept. This place serves ""California-Cuban"" cuisine. They have never advertised themselves as an authentic Cuban restaurant. Furthermore, the Fried Plantains (a.k.a. 'tostones') are the best way to start a meal...that is, after you've ordered yourself an addicting mojito. Havana offers a great alternative to driving across the bridge for a hip and tasty dining experience.
Pros: food!, service!, atmosphere!
Cons: no brunch menu
